A regional network blip made one monitor scream. Another quietly stayed green. The team spent an hour debating the dashboard instead of fixing the customer impact. That was the moment: a monitor that can't explain itself is just another source of uncertainty.

So we built the thing we wanted on-call: checks that ask the same question from multiple places, a quorum that refuses to panic over one bad hop, and an audit trail that tells the whole story without smoothing the edges.
The solution
Monitoring with a paper trail.
Sentinel is multi-region by construction, quorum-based by default, and unapologetically specific. When a check fails, you get the response, the route, the region, the screenshot, and the sequence of events that got you there.
